For the dough:
weißes Weizenmehl
500 g
frische Hefe
15 g
lauwarmes Wasser
400 ml
lauwarme Milch
50 ml
Salz
2 TL
Olivenöl
50 ml

Vorbereitung

  1. Prepare the starter. In a bowl, quickly mix the flour, lukewarm water, yeast and sugar. Cover the bowl and store in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  2. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Wait 5 minutes and stir in the yeast from the refrigerator. Add milk and gradually add flour. Knead for 10 min. Add the olive oil and salt towards the end.
  3. Cover the bowl and allow the dough to rise for 2 hours in a warm place.
  4. Form 4 oblong loaves from the dough and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Allow it to rise for half an hour.
